hCG!

today is day 3 of my hCG diet.... like 27 more to go?! we will see how it goes, I just need sort of a quick start to my diet and I hope this works. Losing .5 lbs a week just isn't cutting it when I need to lose more. Fingers crossed. I did a lot of reading and my friends in nursing told me that it really does work well. So hear I go... I try not to weigh myself but once a week but i cheated and looked this morning, if things are right I am down 1lb already

  1. Oh, Stephanie I just finished day 21 on my HCG diet. It was a struggle the first week (didn't "load" like I should have), but after that week things were better. I cheated - I always "cheat" (can't go without 2 glasses of milk/day) - but I was really pleased with my final results. I lost 10 lbs. Now I feel like I can actually "move" and exercise.

    My extended family has all done the HCG and the girls lost 28 lbs, while the boys lost 40 lbs. They were super strict, but it paid off in pounds & inches they lost. Good luck!

Thanks I Had a cookie tonight so I am a believer in allowing yourself to cheat... just I have to keep it under control right?! but I am down 6lbs and am so excited to already see results and then I will be better ready to exercise later. Thanks for the motivation! I'm excited. Now I jut need to find a jogging buddy for after my 30 days
