sometimes I feel that I write to no one...

wow what a month

Okay I have no clue where the time has gone... no I do actually both of us in school mark working grave shift and El walking EVERYWHERE! Eldon has a new love for the outdoors... not the grass or flowers or trees, or anything "naturey"(he is scared of then) but he loves to walk outside on the sidewalk which as a momma freaks me out, I am there trying to hold his hand but he won't let me so I have to anticipate when he is about to fall. Luckily so far we have had 0% boo boos and owweeeys caused by the pavement. Here are a few pictures of our life so far. Just wanted a little catch up!! Love you all!

In this crazy life...

Wow how long has it been sincer I updated.... forever!!! Okay so so so so much has happened. Eldon turned 10 months he now has a full 7 teeth, he is walking, I celebrated my 1st mother's day. I am back in school for summer semester taking intro to nursing, writing and math 1050. It is pretty hard, I only took 2 classes last semester, and now with 3 it seriously is an adjustment. I walked with my mon and Eldon in the Walk for the Cure, for Breast Cancer, while my dad and his co-workers ran. He raised over $1000. Mark is back in recruit academy. He is a officer too, which is really cool. and in the best news so far, mark interviewed for SLC Fire department, and he got through the 1st round and now he goes in for a B PAD test, so fingers crossed he will make it through, if everything goes well Mark could be graduation with a job in hand! which is so amazing I don't even really want to mention it for the fact I may jinx it  :/  Other than that... Mom got threw surgery great, and is now standing upright, which is good, because Eldon really missed his grandma.
Life is crazy amazing and I love my little boy and my big boy so much! they are my world and they make me so happy!

A long road ahead

Okay so today is the beginning of the rest of our lives, or at least that is the way i want to look at it. Tomorrow I start my pre-nursing classes, after this summer I  will have all the prerequisites to apply to the nursing program.
Then 2 years after that I will be an RN. And Mark is in Firefighting school every day Monday threw Friday 5pm to 10pm. and will be working grave shifts from 10pm to 10 am almost everyday. We are going to be so busy and running in 2 different directions all summer long, actually for the next year or so we will be busy. But it will be worth it in the end. So no more date nights anymore fora long time :( very sad, but at least we get to see each other for a few hours in the day. Lunch will be our new dates! Eldon is going to be a bit of a momma's girl this summer. I just want Mark to know how much I love and will miss him this semester! I am so lucky to marry a great hardworking man! All of this will soon pay off:) I LOVE MARKY bring on another year:)

2 down...forever to go

Me and Mark have been married for 2 whole years wow!!! We got a couples massage.. pretty cool, and then we wnt to the Roof! Mmmmm Mmmm good. It was so so so tasty. We had a great time and it was so nice to be able to have a night alone with the hubby I miss him. That sounds crazy doesn't it, but even though I see Mark all the time it feels like I never do. I miss him all the time, school and work and eldon sure do take up alot of our time. Not to mention the whole running after Eldon and the every once in a while choking hazards. And cleaning up left and right, but if you came in my house you would never be able to tell that I cleaned at all. Anyweays I love my Hubby he have given me 2 wonderful years and I can't wait to see what is to come!

Growing

Eldon is growing so fast! not in the way that he isn't my little baby anymore, but he is seriously long tall and skinny(just like Papa-well the skinny part at least) Me and Mark are not tall people Mark is shy of 6ft and i am a stunning 5'5''. Eldon however is taller than all the kids his age at church, and my visiting teacher came over her son is 18months old so double of Eldon's age, and Eldon is taller than him. This baby is in the 60-70 % for height for his age too. So I don't know if this is just a little growth spurt or what, because El has been in the 90+% for height since his 2 month check up. Either way all I know is that he does not get his height from me!  Or his Daddy either. Well that is my thoughts for today!! Everyone have and amazing Easter. This has to be my second favorite holiday... maybe even my first. It rings in the spring season.... THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR! Oh how I long to feel the sun again. Although today I think someone pulled an April fools.... it snowed all afternoon?! what is that. Maybe the sun with shine tomorrow!
